Our premise is to permanently improve our manufactured products as well as customers’ service. This can only be achieved through the continuous training of our administrative and technical staff.
On our premises, training courses are given to customers’ technical staff on how to solve any unforeseen event which may occur when installing the different applications. Our Technical Course on Industrial Gas has already been given to more than 500 people from different companies.

A wide and trained network of persons, which is present in every production centre of the countries where we commercialise our products, gives the support our customers need. We are aware of the fact that their company functioning depends greatly on our equipment and each stop in production causes significant damage. This is the reason why we follow case by case, through reports which are analysed in detail. This information is sent to the responsible sector for them to suggest changes improving each application in particular.
We have recently acquired our tenth computerised numerical control machine (CNC). It is a machining centre of a great capacity which allows us to make pieces of large size with the utmost precision. This equipment is part of a group of machines which we constantly renew and which allows us to improve our quality every day, as well as to maintain our competitive prices.

Every year, improvements are made to this product line in order to adapt it to the different markets and to reach the highest international state-of-the-art levels.
Engineering department consisting of more than ten technicians and engineers constantly evaluates the concerns of our customers, working with our Sales department. Besides new trends are discussed in the mechanical, electrical and electronics incorporate each product, after being approved by the Design Control staff areas.
All the delivered products are thoroughly checked, in many cases by more than one person. Certificates may be issued when requested. We have several checking test devices adapted to simulate the most extreme situations. This has allowed us to reach extremely low failure levels in recent years. This is audited by a lead international QC verification company.
